De esta manera, se suspendió por dos años la ejecución de acciones legales que condujeran al desalojo de dichas tierras.

El Ministerio de Producción, Ciencia y Tecnología elevó una nota a la Legislatura solicitando esta medida. En este sentido, el secretario de Desarrollo Territorial y Arraigo, Fabricio Medina, expresó: “Entendemos que es importante continuar con este estado de emergencia para poder ir resolviendo las distintas situaciones de posesión de pequeños productores. Además se lleva adelante un trabajo articulado con distintas áreas de gobierno para poder llegar a la regularización dominial de pequeños productores que no pueden acceder a ese beneficio”.

Vale mencionar que en el marco de esta Ley 13.666, la provincia lleva adelante un Programa de Regularización Dominial con el objeto de realizar un relevamiento de la situación posesoria de pequeños productores ubicados en el territorio provincial y diseñar propuestas para regularizar la posesión.
