El sábado 21 de octubre en «el Bajo Vénica» se jugó el segundo partido del grupo A de la Copa Federación Femenina, las locales golearon a Jokey y aseguraron la clasificación a los Cuartos de Final del certamen.
Las chicas del club Defensores de La Costa, dirigidas por Claudia Ruda y Fernando Villán sumaron tres puntos muy valiosos, logrando la clasificación a los Cuartos de Final a una fecha de que finalice la fase de grupos.
Los goles del partido lo hicieron: Agustina Baroni en tres oportunidades, dos de Diana Ruda y Eliana Barbona redondeó la goleada.
El local pudo contar en esta oportunidad con las jugadoras Florencia Franzoi que viene arrastrando la lesión de esguince, tuvo unos minutos en la primera parte, mientras que Lucia Mansilla ingreso desde el inicio de la etapa complementaria.
Por su parte el equipo Jokey de Villa Ocampo, llegaba al partido con dos bajas y en el partido tuvo la mala suerte que se le lesionaron sus dos arqueras. Stechina en el primer tiempo y Mayal en la segunda etapa.
Con este resultado adverso el conjunto rosa y negro queda en el último puesto de la tabla.
