Además, rubricaron una carta de intención entre los ministerios de Educación de la Nación y de la provincia de Santa Fe para la implementación de la Secundaria Profesional. Mediante este convenio, las partes se comprometen a la instalación, implementación y puesta en marcha de una nueva trayectoria formativa propia de la modalidad de Educación Técnico-Profesional, en distintas localidades de la provincia.

El gobernador de la provincia destacó que “son pasos importantes que se van dando en este vínculo de trabajo con el Ministerio de Educación de la Nación, con nuestros ministerios, con las autoridades locales y, fundamentalmente, con la comunidad educativa. Porque son hechos, son realidades”, dijo.

En ese sentido, precisó: “Edificios que se terminan, ampliaciones, construcciones en distintos lugares de la provincia, adaptaciones de muchas estas escuelas y puestas en condiciones para afrontar la pandemia y la salida de la pandemia. Son señales que hemos podido realizar con aportes nacionales, provinciales, que se han distribuido en la totalidad de la provincia y lo seguiremos haciendo”, concluyó el gobernador Perotti.

A su turno, el ministro de Educación de la Nación indicó que “estamos firmando un convenio para financiar, concretar y ejecutar ya en abril esta oferta de Educación Secundaria Profesional, una propuesta con cuatro áreas curriculares para chicos de 15 años que se fueron de la escuela”.

“Aquí les proponemos volver, certificar nivel 2 y 3 de EFP, terminar su escuela secundaria y poder encontrar a través de esta propuesta un proyecto de vida y de desarrollo personal y profesional, que además es un proyecto para la provincia y la Nación”, agregó Perczyk, quien aseguró que “nosotros necesitamos que todos nuestros jóvenes terminen la escuela y tengan la posibilidad de certificar conocimientos de formación profesional que les permitan acceder a trabajos en mejores condiciones. Creemos que nuestros jóvenes tienen derecho a eso y para eso tiene que haber formación. La escuela no resuelve los problemas económicos, pero colabora en formar a nuestros jóvenes acceso a trabajos calificados”, sostuvo Perczyk.

En relación con este programa, el funcionario recordó que “hace 3 semanas el Gobierno Nacional anunció la construcción de 100 nuevos edificios de escuelas técnicas, de los cuales una gran cantidad van a estar en la provincia de Santa Fe”.

Por último, la ministra de Educación de la provincia, Adriana Cantero, indicó que “en este inicio de ciclo lectivo, con presencialidad plena cuidada, que el Gobierno Nacional y provincial estemos firmando un acta acuerdo para una nueva orientación en la educación secundaria altamente necesaria como es el bachiller profesional, que le va a permitir a muchísimos adolescentes concluir su nivel Secundario con un itinerario de formación profesional de nivel 2 y 3 garantizados”.

“En el acta que estamos firmando hay una selección de 10 de esas ofertas educativas, que van a tener además desde el gobierno nacional el financiamiento de sus nuevos edificios, que están diseñados con el criterio pedagógico de habilitar prácticas profesionalizantes y un diseño curricular innovador para la escuela secundaria”, concluyó Cantero.
