Fue en la sesión del Plenario de Secretarios/as Generales y el nuevo Consejo Directivo de la Federación.
Con la presencia de 39 Sindicatos de Trabajadores Municipales de la Provincia de Santa Fe, el pasado martes, se analizaron los alcances del acta firmada con los representantes de los Intendentes y Presidentes Comunales y paritarios sindicales de FESTRAM.
En la oportunidad el Plenario de Secretarios Generales avaló por unanimidad el acuerdo paritario suscripto el pasado 10 de Marzo en el marco de la Secretaría de Integración y Fortalecimiento Institucional y ratificó, que sobre la base del acuerdo logrado en el marco de la Ley 9.996 – que fija las condiciones salariales y formas de pago mínimas para la totalidad de los trabajadores y trabajadoras de Municipios y Comunas de la Provincia de Santa Fe- los Sindicatos de base quedaron facultados para obtener mejoras superiores al acuerdo.
Se avanzó también en la planificación con los Sindicatos para fortalecer iniciativas de articulación territorial y en la búsqueda de soluciones a la precarización laboral. El tratamiento del trabajo decente para el sector de los trabajadores municipales de la Provincia de Santa Fe, es un tema prioritario en la agenda de FESTRAM.
Se informó sobre el inicio de la Diplomatura para la Formación para la Acción Sindical, convenio con la Escuela Sindical de Género y la Universidad de La Plata que cuenta con la participación de compañeras de todas las Regionales que componen esta Federación, y nuevos ejes del programa anual de formación.
Asimismo se pusieron a consideración otros temas demandados por el sector, entre ellos los problemas en las prestaciones de la Obra Social IAPOS en las distintas jurisdicciones; la participación en la Comisión Asesora de la Caja de Jubilaciones de la Provincia y las acciones por las dificultades de la Caja Municipal de Santa Fe que involucra 51 localidades.
En otro orden, FESTRAM rechaza las declaraciones de dirigentes de Asoem en cuanto sólo buscan confundir e insisten con la desafiliación de esta Federación, la que iniciaron luego de ser denunciados penalmente por estafa, causa que tiene como imputados a Juan Medina y Pablo Casale.
